Be patient, guys. There will be more and better deals down the road as the economic depression we are in becomes recognized as such. Now is a good time to save your cash, imo.

It would be interesting to know if a transaction takes place at that amount.
IMO, there is a lot of potential for buyer remorse with this auction, and it wouldn't surprise me to see this lot offered again.
